Kwaito star Vee Mampeezy has signed a major endorsement deal with Orange Botswana to become their brand ambassador. In what has been a purple patch of invent dealings in the last few months, Mampeezy’s latest deal adds on the recent JB Sports and yet to be finalized Chicken Express ambassadorial roles.
“The deal was finalized last week Thursday so I am grateful yet again for the blessings that the almighty God has given me. As an artist and businessman I am content with taking opportunities that come my way so to close this deal is good for me especially after the deal with JB Sports. The Chicken Express deal has not yet completed so I will announce once everything has been finalized,” Vee told Time Out.
Mampeezy’s latest album I Do, by some distance has been his finest work in Botswana which has seen major international recognition in the upcoming Metro FM Awards nominations and Trace Africa top 5 charts. Moreover, the album received massive airplay across South African radio stations last year and gives Vee more leverage in foreign countries.
“I have got a new single with Khuli Chana called (Hape Hape) coming up soon, the video has already been shot so people should watch out for it, it is a massive song,” he added.
Earmarked as the top hustling artist in our local borders, Vee has stated the key to all his success in the entertainment industry has been staying humble.
“For all these endorsements deal to come around is all about making good music for the people and staying humble in everything I do. I make time for my God because he is the one who opens doors for me whenever there is an opportunity so I would urge upcoming artist to stay humble and respect God,” he said.
