After the postponement of the Hamptons Jazz festival last month to 28th April, the Trinidad-born English recording artist Billy Ocean has taken to social media to confirm his attendance for the new date. “Due to circumstances beyond our control, Billy’s concert at Botswana’s Hamptons Jazz Festival has had to be rescheduled for April 28th. All tickets bought for the original date remain valid,” he posted. Billy Ocean was one of the most popular and successful solo singers of the 1970s and 1980s, with many hits to his name including Caribbean Queen (No More Love on the Run), When the Going Gets Tough the Tough Gets Going, Loverboy, Get Outta My Dreams, Get into My Car among others.
