Chiefs to sign Tshireletso, Lenyeletse

Mochudi Centre Chiefs are on the vergeof securing a double swoop for theleague’s most exciting attacking pair,Lemponye Tshireletso and Patrick Lenyeletse.The club is in advanced talks with the duo as theyaim to strengthen their depleted squad.The league champions have lost the likes ofGalabgwe Moyana, Dirang Moloi, KekaetsweMoloi, Jerome Ramatlhakwana and Phenyo Mongalawho all contributed signifi cantly to the club’sattacking exploits last season.The departed players all contributed a combinedtally of 43 league goals from their side andan overall of 69 goals last term.

 

The players contributedto 62 per cent of the club’s league goals.Magosi have lined up a fi ve man transfer list tocompensate for the loss of their attacking players.They have been granted permission to talk tothe likes of Tshireletso, Lenyeletse, Bonolo Frazerand Onalethata Tshekiso in recent weeks and theirnegotiations are at an advanced level. Topo Piet isthe fi fth player on Chiefs’ wanted list according tosources. Magosi’s fi ve targets scored a combinedtotal of 63 league goals.Ecco City Greens’ Lenyeletse was in Gaboroneover the weekend to negotiate a deal withthe champions while BDF XI winger, Tshireletso,is believed to have already agreed on a move toMagosi.“We have lost fi ve key players and we are workinghard to replace them.

 

We have agreed dealswith most of our targets but nothing has been fi -nalized yet. We have been given the green light totalk to all targets but agreements with their clubswill only be made once all parties are satisfi ed,”said Chiefs Public Relations Offi cer,Clifford Mogomotsi.Mogomotsi concluded by revealingthat they are likely to lose theservices of two players. He did notreveal the names but sources haveindicated that Elvis Meleka and ArnoldChaka could follow MadindaNdlovu to Township Rollers.
