Fairground Holdings to host Miss Botswana Consumer Fair

Wandering Bark Pty Ltd in partnership with Fairground Holdings Pty Ltd will host the Miss Botswana Consumer Fair (BCF) on 5th August at Ditshupo Hall.
The aim for the fashion show is to breakdown 24 contestants to a top 15 selection, with that the contestants were being judged from business concept, professionalism, the walk, choreography and confidence. Panelists of judges include Mothusi Izura Lesole (Designer/MC), Sumaiya (SP) Marope (Former Miss Botswana) and Nature Inger (local and international model).
Contestants in the run up to the top 15 will be dressed by local designers who included Sweeties, House of Kay, Gilded Sands, Detour Fashions, Millinery Miller and Caro Bee Fashions. Targeting ladies aged between 20 -30 years. Auditions will be held in Gaborone, Francistown, Palapye, Maun and Lobatse.
One of the key objectives Miss Botswana Consumer Fair pageant is to afford young women entrepreneurs an opportunity to express their natural beauty through elegance and style to build their self-esteem though assertiveness and public speaking. Additionally, the show will also create a platform for potential young women to interact with the wider business community to ask for advice to develop their business concepts.
The event is sponsored by Av Worx Investment, Top Operations Nora Cosmetics, Wame Catering services, Lets jaive Choreography and lastly Fairground Holdings.
Meanwhile the top 15 contestants are Mitchell Van Der Est, Michelle Gaokgethelwe, Laone Tlhaselo, Oabile Gaemengwe, Ivy Bonno Thomba, Omphemetse Kenewamang, Anna Letshwiti, Mishingo Sithelo, Caroline Ngisi, Neo Mmereki, Dolly Monyaku, Mosa Balesamang, Kelebogile Rabola, Kutlo Marks, Nono Kopong.
