The culture of the resolutions is one that still lives on, year after year, we write down long lists for what we would like to achieve and put timelines for our dreams. Knowing where you are going and how to get there is important but it is also crucial to be able to roll with the punches and create timelines that are realistic. Career
1. A brand new year means new perspectives and new goals. When it comes to your career, this is usually the time when people take stock. Start by asking yourself these important questions:
-Where are you today?
-What has it taken for you to make it to this point?
-Where would you like to be this year and what it would take to get there?

2. The best way to ensure success in your chosen field is to sketch out a map of where you are going and a good career map will provide you with the flexibility and tools to access opportunities and assist you in your personal development.

3. If you are going to go for interviews here are a few trips and tips that might work:
-spend time getting to know yourself and your strengths so you can articulate then well.
-research the company and find out what they do and how they do it.
-prepare adequately for questions and structure your answers and expand on each point with your own personal experiences.
-be sure to dress the part and look at their logo and dress in the colors of the company as this will already create association in the minds of the panel interviewing you.
-always arrive early to interviews.

 
Money
1.No one has ever achieved financial fitness with a January resolution that is abandoned by February. If your plan for the year involves making more money, be prepared to stick to your plan as there will be many challenges along the year.

2. Start by saving the little that you have and spending what is left after savings as opposed to saving what is left after spending.

3. Cut down on unnecessary spending. Just because you can afford it doesn’t mean you should buy it.

4. Try make money from your passions and don’t rely only on one source of income.

5. Avoid credit cards as they encourage spending habits.

 
Health
When the festive season started, most people abandoned their gym routines and diet plans and overindulged and became foodies of all sorts. Now that the year has began, gym rooms will be full and path walks filled with people jogging but if there is no commitment, by the end of March, the large numbers would have reduced. Avoid falling out on your health plan by:
-get a committed gym partner.
-if you have enrolled to a gym, invest in an instructor who will give you advice on how to eat and exercise to achieve required results.
-make sure that all your meals are balanced.
-temptations usually come in at work as you spend most of your days there, opt for a packed meal as this will ensure that you control your diet.

 

Spirituality
If you believe in a higher power, take time to always be thankful for what he gives you as this is how you invite prosperity and abundance in your life. Meditate, pray, love and if possible invest in spiritual books that might help to nurture your spiritual wellbeing.
