Nijel Amos returned to winning ways in the IAAF Diamond League on Sunday as he won the Rabat meet with a time of (1:45.57). Last week Amos finished second in the Rome edition of the Diamond League, narrowly losing out to Donavan Brazier.
His first place finish in Rabat has consolidated his position at the top of the 800m Diamond League standings, he is currently on 23 points (9 points ahead of his closest challenger).
