Head2Head beckons this weekend

Spinning sport lovers will this weekend be treated to a tyre screeching fiesta as Botswana Motor Sport (BMS) is launching Head 2 Head tournament at Mmopane’s SNS Sports Arena.
Speaking in an exclusive interview with Gazette Sport, Spin and speed secretary Odireleng Mmolai touted this event as one of the best to be featured in their calendar. The Spin and speed is hosting a road rally technique round 4 of Botswana championships. “we are featuring all licensed Botswana spinners and we are expecting an explosive show,” said Mmolai.
One of the exciting acts to be featured at this historic event is the South African act from Cape town who will mark their first appearance in the local spinning championships Eddy Rasta and White Boy. The legendary spinners are expected to bring more live and entertain sport lovers with their best skills. They are  expected to be accompanied by some of the South African spinners
Speaking to this publication the marketing officer of Spin and Speed Mercy Mpai stated that this event marks the growth of motor sport in Botswana in terms of up skilling the youth and opening up opportunities to better the sport.
In his closing remarks, Mmolai said they face serious challenges when it comes to acquiring sponsors. He also mentioned the challenge to mobilizing the sport locally as Batswana still perceive the motoring sport as a dangerous sport and they are working around the clock to educate the nation about spinning. He however thanked their sponsors for their immeasurable support.
