Suitably qualified service providers are hereby invited to tender for the following services to Debswana Diamond Company (Pty) Ltd at Jwaneng Mine:
JWA-E82706: COLLECTION AND DISPOSAL OF SCRAP TYRES AT JWANENG MINE
Tender documents may be obtained from Debswana Diamond Company (Pty) Ltd, C-Mess, Jwaneng Township, Botswana, during office hours; Monday- Thursday 07:00hrs-16:30hrs and Friday 07:00hrs-16:00hrs from the 3rd April 2017 upon production of proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of P560.00 (inclusive of VAT).
Tenderers must note that the selling, i.e. payment and collection of the tenders will be closed by Monday 10th April 2017 at 16:00hrs.

Brief
Debswana Jwaneng Mine seeks the services of a contractor that can purchase and dispose scrap tyres in an environmentally friendly way.
Site Visit
Bidders are required to attend a compulsory site visit in order to familiarize themselves with the site, the scope of services and the conditions under which the services are to be performed. The site visit is on Thursday 13th April 2017 at 11:00hrs. Tenderers are to meet Mr. B. Kesebonye at Tyre Bay, Blue Area Jwaneng Mine. Tenderers must bring tender documents to the meeting. Tenderers are required to arrange their own transport and accommodation.

Tenders are to be delivered by hand/courier to the above address before 12 noon on the 26th of April 2017. Tenders received after the closing date and time will not be considered.
